Refund Policy
Refunds, if provided, must be handled by Woodland Junior Hawks directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).
- Registration Refunds:
- As a volunteer run, non-profit organization, we rely heavily on registration fees to provide the necessary means for our program. It would simply be impossible to have a functioning budget if we were to offer full refunds at any time and for any reason. We appreciate your commitment.
A full refund will be given for any program cancelled by the Woodland Jr Hawks. Otherwise, Mandatory Raffle Fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
A full refund of Registration Fees, minus a $15 processing fee, will be given when requested in writing, two weeks prior to the start of practice. A 50% refund will be given when requested in writing, through the first 2 weeks of practice. No refunds will be given after the first 2 weeks of practice, unless there are extenuating circumstances as determined by the Board of Directors e.g. a valid medical excuse (with doctor’s note) or other such hardship.
